How do obstructions get marked as "Fixed"?
The original reporter and the highway authority can both mark obstructions "Fixed" using the links provided to them with their unique keys appended.
If you reported an obstruction, and you have mislaid your key, you can use the I’ve lost the Keys to my Obstructions page to have them sent to you.
Anyone else can let us know using the Contact form, and we will mark them fixed.
If the original reporter finds that the fix does not solve the problem, or that the fix fails, they can use their key to ask for the obstruction to be re-reported.
