Location Description On the canal towpath, underneath the bridge at Cleveden Road. (Just opposite Kelvindale Rail Station).
Obstruction Description Blind corner on canal towpath at bridge over canal. Needs some kind of improved speed bump to actually cause cyclists to slow down here. Current speed bumps were not sufficient to prevent someone on a bike coming round the blind corner so fast I couldn't avoid him. Head-on collision wrote off my bike and collarbone.
