This Site is no Longer Maintained
Sorry, but the CTC are no longer administering this site: finding the organisations or people responsible for off-road obstructions is very time-consuming. There doesn't seem to be a huge demand for this service for off-road problems either: the on-road version of this site has had twenty times more reports in the two years that the sites have been running.
